Cancellation Policy

- Booking Policy for Officiant and Consulting Services Thank you for choosing Sacred Ashram Ministries for your officiant and spiritual consulting needs. Please review our booking policy below to ensure a smooth and transparent process. - Booking and Deposit - Non-Refundable Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 10% of the total service fee is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied towards your total service fee. - Cancellation and No-Show Fees Last-Minute Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service will incur a cancellation fee of 20% of the remaining balance. No-Shows: If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, a no-show fee of 30% of the remaining balance will be charged. - Non-Compete Clause By booking our services, you agree not to hire or engage any of our consultants or officiants for similar services independently, outside of Sacred Ashram Ministries, for a period of one year from the date of your last service. - Arbitration for Disagreements In the event of any disagreements or disputes regarding our services, both parties agree to resolve the matter through binding arbitration, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, rather than pursuing litigation in court.
